Bonjour et bienvenue à la classe de français!

I would like to give a warm welcome to all students and parents to a new and exciting year of Grade 7 and 8 French. My name is Miss Letourneau and I will be teaching French.
Students are capable of succeeding in French and I am looking forward to a year of growth and discovery and I am confident this can be accomplished by:
- Coming to class prepared
- Participation
- Keeping their notebooks/binders neat
- Completing all of their assignments and projects the best that they can

Students will need to have in French class 1inch binder, pen, pencil, ruler, colouring pencils, sharpener, scissors and highlighters. Students in grade 4 to 8 are asked to purchase their own French-English dictionary.

If students are absent, it is their responsibility to ask for what they have missed, or they can ask a friend to pick up any sheets being handed out during the class.
I also welcome students to come forward if they do not understand the content or concepts we are learning. It is also very important that they ask and come forward with questions at anytime in class.

Students are asked to write out their homework into their planners or notebooks prior to leaving their French class. This will allow them to ask questions about their homework if they have any.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns by calling the school (905) 469-6119.
