Wall of Distinction
Since 1958, Nelson High School has been part of the social and cultural fabric of Burlington. The graduates of this school have gone on to become successful contributors to our society. Many have excelled in fields such as the Arts, Business, Athletics, Medicine, Politics and Academia.
Recognition of achievement and contributions to society are important and for this reason we have established the Nelson High School Wall of Distinction. The challenge is where to start. Over 10,000 students have graduated from this high school and their achievements have been many. All took something of value from their time here. We are proud of the role we played in contributing to their post high school success. With this Wall of Distinction we pay tribute to our graduates. We thank them and hold them up as role models and examples for our present student body.
