Syl Apps School
Students are enrolled in individualized school programs which are developed to meet the requirements upon entry into the program and which reflect students' strengths and learning styles. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the individualized instruction offered, which is made possible because of small class sizes. Our classroom programs offer the opportunity for consolidation of basic skills, academic success and the opportunity for improved social skills through positive group interactions. Students (grades 7 to 12) have the opportunity to take the following courses: English, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Healthy Active Living, Fashion, Music, Business, Drama, Food, Parenting, Visual Art, Woodworking, Computers and Co-operative Education.
